All of the things the Father has given us, as His children, are nothing more than our rightful inheritance as co-heirs with Christ. Inheritance only comes through sonship. We were allowed to share in Jesus’ inheritance because we’ve been called to share in His mission.

The way we see the end and the way God sees the end of circumstances are two different perspectives. God’s perspective is the one we can trust and He shows us that what may seem hopeless and dead to us, He can lift up, speak to and fulfill. He is our HOPE.

Every time Jesus either laid His hands on or spoke a word to heal a sick person’s body…He was revealing the everlasting will of the Father. Do we honestly think the loving heart of the Son of God, who had compassion upon the sick, and healed all who had need of healing, somehow lost [withdrew, modified] that same compassion when He was exalted to the right hand of the Father?

Salvation from sin and healing from sickness are both covenant blessings [benefits] that came from the same atonement, which was provided by one sacrifice, by one substitute, whose name is JESUS CHRIST.
